  Light shining in between letters effect?

  Hey everyone.

  Just wondering if anybody has any tips on how to recreate a title similar to the pic I’ve attached. And not necessarily just a still image, but an actual moving image where the lights peers through the letters from the center out (and maybe even from one side to the other, if anyone knows how to do it!)

  Numerous plugin sets would have this type of thing. I have volumetrix from industrial revolution.

  Apple Motion can also do this, and you probably already own it.
