  distribution on flash drives

  We shot a HS musical and plan to sell copies as a fund raiser. We will distribute the copies on 8 GB flash drives. The musical and related content runs about 2 hours. We shot in 1080P on Pana P2 cams. What compression do you recommend to fit exported movie on the 8 Gig cards?
