  expanding the event browser

  This is a very elementary question, but every other window can be expanded by clicking on its connected line and expanded up/down or l/r. For some reason the event browser doesn’t behave the same. Sometimes I can get it to expand and I’m not sure how, other times I click and hover to no avail. What’s going on here?
