  Tracking

  I seem to be having problems with tracking text.

  I click animate on my text & choose tracking. Ive set my keyframe & move a few seconds then slightly increase the tracking.

  This is the part I dont understand.

  I want to animate the text so it pushes out from the middle but it pushes out from right to left only. Can anyone please shed some light.

  Your text is probably Right Aligned. Select the text layer and hit the Center Text icon in the Paragraph tab.
