  PAL DV Widescreen in AE

  When I open PAL DV Widescreen file in AE I see at is 4:3. My composition setting is also PAL DV Widescreen.

  The roughness of the scaling done by the pixel aspect ratio compensation has been greatly lessened in After Effects CS5, You just need to set the Zoom Quality preference to More Accurate.
