  Exported Video differs from Timeline

  I have a secondary storyline overlaid on the primary but on export the secondary storyline is scaled to half the size it should be. This only happens on export, plays back just fine. Anybody have a fix?

  This happened to me recently when I changed the raster size of the timeline from 720 to 1080. It looked fine on the timeline but exported certain clips smaller.

  The only fix I could come up with was to match back to the original clip, overcut them and copy/paste any effects. Then delete the half size clips.
