  TV template?

  I’m looking for a cheap (preferably free) template you can put on your screen that looks like a TV and allows you to drop footage inside of it. Does anyone know of any such thing?

  Have you tried MotionVFX.com?

  They have some very high quality templates at very attractive prices (49 dollar, which is about the price of one or 2 hours of your time), and you get to download the complete Motion Project, allowing you to make changes if you wish.

  Also remember that there is already a Bad- TV signal filter inside FCPX that works very well. You could even, depending on your needs, take a still picture, put the material inside manually, and put that filter on it. Could work.
