    Hi guys,

I’m at a complete loss here! On a deadline with a client so pinging the issue over to the good people at The Cow.

Editing with FCPX – I have a logo over a generator in the timeline and text in there too – the whole movie is in place – everything is sweet.

I can see the logo in the timeline – it’s there. When I render it out – it’s not there – but the title text is!

Does anyone have any ideas please?

I’ve restarted my mac, re-referenced the media, loaded new media in – but nothing.

I’m going to try it in a different project now – but if anyone could help I would be massively grateful!

    Thanks

    Mark

I would start by deleting the render files and then re-render. Next I would try a compound clip. And finally I would try a compound clip with just the generator and text and then drop the logo over that.

Thanks for the info Michael! I did a bit of a cheat work around – sent a master to my HDD – loaded it up in my other Mac and did it from there – which worked a treat.

I will certainly try your advice though on the original mac to see what happens.

Thanks very much for taking the time to reply :0)

    Cheers,

    Mark
