    Hi Guys,

    I am new to FCPX.

I have a two camera shoot (have already done the multicam) and now I need to put some slides from a PowerPoint presentation.

I’m I best to convert the slides into a .mov or a JPEG?

If you have time, could you explain why either a .mov or JPEG is the best option?

Thank you for your help in advance.

    Liz

If there is any motion or animation, exporting to .mov will be better, as it will keep that, and it’s not hard to make cuts and space out the PowerPoint presentation as necessary.

jpeg would just be still images, cutting from one image to the next, but if there is no animation or text fading or flying in at all, jpeg would be better for smaller file size.
