  Optimize Media

  When importing media from The Panasonic GH 3 is it better to import using optimized media (Pro Res) or
  or use the original h.264 ?

  If using optimized media is the better choice when would you choose to use proxy media and what’s
  the process for up resing to the optimized media (Pro Res) after the edit?
