  This update (v10.4.2) improves audio functionality with KONA, Io and T-TAP products in OS X 10.8.2 Mountain Lion. In addition, a new feature has been included in AJA’s VTR Xchange software which allows automatic event creation within Apple FCP X as part of the capture process. Users no longer have to capture media and then import that captured material to FCP X. Events are automatically created at the end of each capture session, reducing the number of steps needed to get material from tape into FCP X.
