No playback in FCPX
Hey guys, first post here =P
So I was doing a ski edit and all of a sudden just the audio was playing. I can see the pictures on the clips in the timeline, and videos from other projects in FCPX are playing fine. I can’t remember what I did to change it, but I can’t change it back now! I’ve been looking everywhere for a solution, and it looks like some other people have had this problem, but none of the solutions have worked for me yet. I’m on a Macbook Pro 2.7 GHz, 10.7.2. All the clips are ProRes 422, so i’m pretty sure it does have anything to do with the files themselves. Any suggestions would be awesome!

Since 10.0.6 whenever playback from the timeline isn’t doing what I expect I’ve found that going to the event browser (command-1) and then deselecting anything there (command-shift-a) then back to the timeline (command-2) it plays back as expected. Does that help?
