    Hey all,

I’ve been having some big problems ever since I got my new Panasonic GH3. I’ve been shooting in the new 72mbps ALL-I codec, which is an h.264 codec. For some reason, whenever I export this h.264 video as h.264 (both in Premiere Pro CS5.5 and FCP X), the video comes out very blocky and SD looking. But when I brought this footage into FCP X and exported as ProRes, the footage looked great, so I figured my problem was fixed.

But then I edited a short piece together, graded it with Magic Bullet Looks, then exported as ProRes, and my export came out with almost nonstop flash frames like this:

And now these flash frames are even showing up in my FCP X sequence when they weren’t previous to exporting. I’m completely at a loss for why this is happening. I’ve been searching all over the web for answers but to no avail. Any help on the matter would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!

Is this only Magic Bullet treated footage?

I believe so. Didn’t have any glitchy frames beforehand.
