  Markers from Inqscribe

  My transcriber (aka my other half) is using Inqscribe software.

  Does anyone know a way to get the markers from inscribe into FCP X? You can export a FCP markers file but I can’t see a way of importing that into FCP X.

  It should be pretty simple to convert a FCP XMEML to FCPXML.

  Michael sent me an XML last night to check what can be done.

  Here’s what you can do.
  Download my TitleExchange:
  https://www.spherico.com/filmtools/TitleExchange/TitleExchangePro_SL.dmg

  Once installed you got several apps inside the TitleExchange folder.
  Open TitleExchange and select XML Marker as source and STL Text as target format.
  Import the Inscribe XML and save the STL.
  Then launch XTI (you may read the help file).
  Open the STL and convert to FCPX.
  The resulting compound clip can be inserted into your project and merged down to the actual clips.
