  blu ray burn gone weird?

  I imported my full length feature film into PowerDirector10 on a PC so I could burn it into a blu ray disc. It was a .mov file made in FCPX.

  The film info:
  960×720
  23.97fps
  Apple pro res 422, Linear PCM, HD 1-1-1
  80 minutes

  After burning this to a blu ray disc using the highest settings in PD10, I put the BR DVD into 2 different SONY players and it squeezed the picture. When I put it into a Pioneer, it looked fine. Why?

  So I may have figured this out but I still need some advice.

  Okay, so the .mov file I exported from FCPX was 960×720. When I burn a regular DVD from that file it comes out fine. When I go to burn a blu ray it comes out squeezed…

  So on a small FCPX Project file I experimented by changing the properties of the video from 960×720 (which is what gets imported from my Panasonic HPX170) to 1280×720. The small video seemed okay, indeed, it came out just fine.

  My question is, when I change the properties on my 80 minute film will it do funky things to the project?
