  Swirlly Thing

  On the new abc logo, there are swirly-squigly streaks of light that fly around on the screen. How do you make those? I have tried to apply the same technique used to animate a signature but it just doesn’t look the same. Are there any tutorials out there on this effect?

  Even 3D stroke has made it into the ABC logo.
