  Tracking a person

  I am new to after effects so please excuse incorrect terminology. I want to have the camera follow one person on a team so it looks like there are two cameras, one on the team and one on the individual.

  Hi, just create a comp using motion tracking in your main actor, zoom it enough to look the way you want, and use stabilize motion in order to fix you camera.
