  Can I animate gradient filled paths from AI?

  Hey everyone,

  I have an AI file that has some gradient filled paths (text) that I’d like to use the write on or stroke effect in AE. I’ve been doing searches and can’t figure out the right workflow if one even exists. Can anyone offer some advice?

  Hey Dave,

  Thanks for the reply. I’ll have to look into revealing masks along a path rather than fighting with write on or some other effect. Is there a good tutorial you’d recommend for this approach?
