  Backup V Old Versions

  I just noticed in an FCP X project folder, two sub folders: “backups” and “old versions” what’s the difference and is there a way to force FCP x to make an “old version”?

  The Old Version is quite literally the previous application revision.

  If you started a Project/Event in 10.0.3 and updated to 10.0.4, the 10.0.3 version goes in the Old folder.
