• Apple Final Cut Pro

  Colors appear washed out

  One of our employees that works remotely has started using Final Cut X and the colors appear washed out on the exports he sends us. This is noticeable on the intro graphic that we use consistently upon comparison with one cut with Final Cut 7 using the same export settings. I’m not sure if the camera footage that follows is washed out too because I don’t have anything to compare it with, but the intro graphic is definitely washed out.
  Is this a common problem, and is there something I should check or do I need to provide more info?

  Where are they appearing washed out?

  In QT, FCP7, X?

  What format/codec/etc?
