  • Markers (not chapter markers) in FCPX?

    Hi,

Just trying to get my head around FCPX. I note that you can select parts of clips as favourites and indeed add keywords, which is all great, but when going through an interview I like to hit M at key points which I can then just look through later to grab the bits I want.

I know you can add markers in the same way, but I’m use to being able to see them in a nice long list under each clip. I can see the markers have appeared on the clip, but they are now showing as they would on FCP6 as a list under the clip in the Event Library.

    Is this possible with FCPX?

    Please tell me it is!

After you add the markers, change the event browser view to list view (cmd-opt-2), hit the small triangle next to the clip name and you will see a list of your markers.
