  Transitions in secondary clips

  Is there a way to add transitions to the clips in the secondary timeline (connected clips).

  To be able to add transitions to your connected clips you need to change the clip, or selection of clips into a secondary story line.

  Select the connected clip, then right click it and choose “Create Storyline” (command + G) Now it will function similar to the primary storyline, enabling you to drag and drop transitions, or by selecting the edit point and hitting command + T for a dissolve.
