  looking for an editor

  HI All!

  I am looking for an mpeg editor outputting the best quality that will keep my CC in tact with the video. I need all Closed captioning and watermarks (Nielsen,Veil,TTX)to be in tact with the video after simple video editing and tagging is done. ex. Tagging video with different phone numbers.

  Any advise?
