  Quick question. Please help I have to compress tomorrow.

  Ok this seems like a fairly simple question but I would like to check my thinking.
  In a 29.97fps project I have been putting dissolves on my titles that last 15 frames or half a second.

  I just started a 60fps project and if I want the dissolves on my titles to be half a second in duration. I should make them 30 frames long. is this correct?
