    Hello,
    I wonder if any can give me some suggestion on this…
    I am willing to achieve a motion graphics background in which I would like to have dotted lines moving vertical (Top to bottom) like in this image

    Whats the best way to achieve this with in After Effects.

    Looks like it was probably made with Trapcode Particular/Starglow. But if you don’t have those plugins, you could use CC Particle World, directional blurs and glow to recreate that. Probably multiple layers of different varatioins of those effects to create that effect.
