  CNN lower third title bar

  Does anyone have a useable photoshop file of a lower third background that CNN uses. that you would be willing to share with me? I’m just not Photoshop savvy. I believe it spreads across lower third of the screen
  with a blue gray top and a white/gray bottom. The top is larger for the name, and the bottom is thinner for the person’s title or location. Thanks.

  You can get fairly close with any good title tool application.
