  which rendering options

  hi. What is the best rendering choose? I have a normal DV footage and when i render in RAM preview i get it all with sound, just as in my timeline. But if lossless i get no sound. I get with 48khz. How do i decide which is best for my project?

  So do you mean by that, that I can render with out no sound, and then e.g import my edited clip into premier pro? If i render something in AE and the output is without sound I should be able to put back the original sound on , by ripping the sound from the raw footage right?
