  • files from mac to pc and back again…

    Hi all,

i was just thinking about which would be the best way to move files
from mac to pc and back..

i will capture in fcp, then go to AE (because there’s a plug-in only available for PC..) on
a pc, and then back agin to do the finishing (grading etc.) on the mac…
with which codec i’ll lose least??(quality and convertion time…)
    i thought of making a tif-sequence.
    any better suggestions??

    thanx

    stefan

Most folks work in the Quicktime Animation codec. TIFFs or TGAs are fine, too. If you’re stuck for space, try Quicktime Photo-JPEG or Microcosm by Digital Anarchy.
