  Thickening Masked Layers

  I am working on an animation with the shatter effect and the puzzle shape. Popping out from behind the shatter so it sort of blends in, is a video layer with a puzzle piece-shaped mast on it. I’m wondering if there’s any way to give the masked layer some dimension of any sort. I changed the perspective but I want to add a certain thickness to it.
