  Freeze frames and intermediate values…

  Hello,

  I have two simple questions.
  1. Is there a way to create a still image from a clip in AE and be able to modify it’s duration?

  2. When creating keyframes, how do you remove intermediate values? So for instance a camera will ‘cut’ to to the next keyframed position rather than drifting to it.
