  Afterista Tutorial Can’t Paste from Ilustrator

  sorry, nooob here, im tryiing to paste into after effects from illustrator. similar step from the afterista tutorial. i found in another forum i have to enable preserve paths in illustrator. i did that , but i still cant paste into a new solid in After effects, help!!

  i restarted both applications about 5 times and on the 5th time it works…wierd!

  Have you enabled AICB in preferences?
  Go to Preferences>File Handling & Clipboard
  You’ll see it at the bottom
