My apologies in advance if this has already been asked and answered previously…

I’ve just started playing around with AE, doing tutorials etc. and I’ve run into this problem on both my home computer as well as the computer at the studio I work at – which makes me think it’s something I’m doing and not a software issue.

Basically the last 30 seconds of each project I’ve made are blank and unaccessable. For example, if I have a 5 second comp and I use page down to move frame to frame it skips from 04:29 to 05:00 (with the frame at 05:00 being totally blank. I can’t drag the frame marker beyond 4:29 when scrubbing through the timeline. When I zoom in on the timeline on the last 30 seconds, there is a constant green line above the layers – the same green line that grows when you do a RAM preview.

Both times this has occured while folling video tutorials to the T. I’m not sure if I’m missing some settings or doing something wrong, but if anyone has run into this issue or has a solution, it would be much appreciated!

After further inspection it’s not the last :30 seconds, it’s just the last frame. I was reading the time marker wrong. Sorry, I am a bit dense!
