  Hello
  pls i want to export a hight quality vidio in AE, for the web
  i want to have the best quality for the lowest size for web that don’t exeed 2m
  how can i do and what format can i choose

  sorenson squeeze is all you’ll ever need to know. It can do half-frame rate tricks and super compress with still better quality than anything else out there.
