    I’ve stumbled across a couple of very interesting examples of innovation:

    The Todailies app. Very inexpensive way to share dailies with as many as you like with very simple setup using Macbook Pro, router and ipads. Watch the video:

    And the Solar Oddyssey being filmed by a group Phillip Hodgetts has put together to make a reality show out of an attempt to take a solar powered boat on a very long journey. And he has to limit his power needs to what the boat can produce. He has a number of different posts on his blog about his choices, and no wonder he chose Final Cut X to edit with as all his audio is being recored on a mac mnini and synced to the cameras using audio waveforms. Apparently he’s developed some special apps to add metadata as events are happening. Be interesting to follow.
