  Crimson frames with yellow triangle

  I’m a newbie to video editing and FinalCutProX. I downloaded a 30-minute interview some time ago and had about 10 minutes of it edited. Now, when I open FinalCutProX, I have about 90 seconds worth of the edited video and the other video has a crimson color frame with a rectangular dotted dog-eared form in the middle and a small yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in the lower right-hand corner.
  What does this mean? Did I do something wrong? And is there a way to recapture the original video and/or the edited video?
