Hopefully someone can help me out here. I’m really going crazy trying to work out what happening!

I have a bunch of the Action Movie Essentials that i got from VideoCopilot.net. I’ve used a bunch of them through out this project im working on. They are .mov files like blood splatter and explosions, with alpha matte included.

But for some reason, when i export, they like to freeze on any given frame, while the rest of the animation continues to play.

THEN i notice that they have become invisible on the canvas. Even dropping the same item again freshly from the library, it drops in the same… invisible and un-animated.

The only way i can get them to show up again, is to save my project and restart After Effects.

But then we start the whole cycle over. I try export, the files freeze, they become invisible in the timeline now.

    What am i doing wrong?
If anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
