  • Importing 3D renders AE CS3 Pro

    I’m trying to import 3D renders into AE. I’ve tried both RLA and PICT file format. I’m getting an error message that the PICT is too complex to be opened and only raster PICT’s are supported on this platform.

    Looking at my rendering options (Vue 6 Infinite) and I’m new to 3d I don’t see a way to raster in Vue, so do I have to do something before import into AE ?

    Okay , finally got the import working. My 3D program was disabling certain things in the final render that I’m guessing AE wanted.
