Okay, so I’m creating a commercial for a construction company comprised of a series of stills.

Now for this still, I’d like to have the water coming out of the hose kinda slow mo.

I’m pretty new with AE so am not really sure on the best way of pulling this effect off. As of now, I was just planning on doing some photoshop work and copying the water so that it’s on it’s own layer and duplicate it several times while adjusting the opacity for each respective layer. The result would be a collaboration of those layers spewing out of the hose using some keyframed warping and masks.

    Any ideas? Suggestions?
