  Final Cut Pro 7 Quicktime and Lion

  I upgraded to Lion and now all my FCP quicktimes (HD) will not play. I double click on it and it opens with just a black screen and the audio plays but sounds like reverb is on. Also all the QT thumbnails do not show a clip image from the video. I use FCP 7. I just updated to the latest update for Lion and that didn’t fix the problem. Anyone with any ideas????

  Did you do a clean install? Have you reinstalled FCP and the corresponding codecs? Sounds like you’re just missing a codec.
