Now it all makes sense…
Posted by Eric Nicastro on June 27, 2011 at 5:11 pmFound this neat little article about what FCP X really is. I’m not saying it’s true, but the evidence is really against Apple on this one.

June 27, 2011 at 5:28 pmYup. In a few short hours this has gone viral. It’s everywhere…
I just hope it sounds like nails down a chalkboard on Apple’s Monday morning hangover

June 27, 2011 at 5:53 pmThat’s a joke, and even Steve admitted it.
All the best,
Tom

June 27, 2011 at 10:31 pmPfft. Anyone can see it’s for the same reason as the jump from Quicktime 7 to Quicktime X (10.0). Because the numbers 8 and 9 are the sign of VIIX, leader of the Underground Soviet Lizard People Shadow Government that operates from a secret bunker beneath the North Pole. Read between the lines, sheeple!

June 28, 2011 at 7:56 amLOL. I watched a Dr. Who marathon with my daughter over the Weekend, and the FCP debacle sort of blended with it. I began to think of Apple as as the evil Corp. behind the Cybermen. This VIIX think you speak of proves it.

June 28, 2011 at 8:26 amAlthough Steve was half joking, I think you missed the point. He wasn’t saying that because it is FCP X (10) that it is a sequel to iMovie, but because if you load up FCPX it says FCPX v10.0 rather than FCPX v1.0 as you would expect.
