No Pro effects in Pro Edition
Posted by Christoph Götsch on February 8, 2007 at 2:34 pmHallo,
why can’t I use the AE Pro Effects in my Pro Edition?
What do I have to do to use these effects?I allready asked Adobe but they only told me that they have no e-mail support for technical questions.
Can anyone help me?
Thx Pete

February 8, 2007 at 4:22 pmI bought the Adobe Production Studio directly from Adobe.
Yes, I followed the Installation instructions. But I did it a long time ago and I can’t remember what I exactly did. Maybe i forgot something?
Is there something important to do to get the Pro Effects?I’m from Germany and my english isn’t very well.

February 13, 2007 at 9:24 amGood morning,
I repaired AE with the Installation Disc, but nothing changed.
When I click help>About After Effects theres written Version 7.0 ProfessionalWhen I create a new composition, a new solid layer and then choose for example the “blue light Spikes” effect from the presets there comes that error message:
This fovorite contains 2 references to missing effects. Please install the following effects to restore these references. (“CC PS LE Classic”, “CCRadial Fast Blur”).But where can I find those effects?
Could it maybe help to completely uninstall and install the whole Production Studio?
thx Pete
