  Jerky motion during RAM preview

  When im trying to ram preview a simple animation i get this jerky movment and in the info it goes from black text reading 30 fps to 28 fps in red not real time and go back and forth between them
  what can be the problem?
  im using AE 6.5 pro with 2GB
