I’m sure this si simple but I can’t for the life of me work out how to do this. It may be a difference in terminolgy or some such. In Photoshop say I have 4 pictures that I want to resize to 54% I acn group them and resize them then ungroup them and move them to their respective positions

Is there some way of doing this in After Effects. Something to do with Parents and Children or some such… I know I can go into Transform and change the size it’s just I want to be able to apply that to several layers of clips in one hit. It’s for creating Motion menus for DVD Chapter Menus…

    Thanks

You could parent the objects but that is not the simple way to do it. Just click on the top layer of the ones that you want to transform. Then hold down shift and click the bottom layer. All layers between them will be selected. Then, whatever changes you make to one layer, will also be made to all of the other selected layers. If your layers are not grouped together, use Ctrl instead of shift and select them individually while holding Ctrl down. It works the same way.
