I have a 7 minute video clip/file shot on a 6D. at about 4 1/2 minutes the video and audio are gone. I imported it to FCPX and got no errors while transcoding.
The SD card it was shot on has long sine been formatted.
I always double check my imports, file size number of files and thumbnails are a good sign your file is ok.

Has anyone encountered this and been able to fix it.

The video gets stuck on a frame as it still plays. Audio is also gone at this point. It continues to play, i dont get an error or anything, i didnt get an error in fcpx when i imported and transcoded.
i am trying aero Quartet now to see if they can fix it.
its wedding video, its the ceremony and cuts out right before vows. Luckily i had my Zoom externally pick up the audio so i can fake it if i have to. The next file pick up as they exchange rings.

Aero Quartet wants $99 to fix a file which in most cases is king of ludicrous but in this case, the ceremony, vows. Ouch!
    Im exploring other software
    Grau GmbH
    and others.
