  Canon 70d stutter/dropped frames? Shoot tomorrow !

  Hi guys

  I am borrowing a 70d to make a promo video for a charity.

  I have been testing it today, and it seems that when I pan or move around it will stutter/glitch like it has dropped a frame. Its strange, I have tried on ALL-I mode and IPB, but they both do the same.

  Any ideas, as I start filming tomorrow and I dont want it to cause problems!

  I am not sure if it has something to do with shooting int Auto mode, as it seems to happen when I point it at the window, going quickly from dark to light etc.

  What I the speed of the card you are shooting, or did I miss that?

  Hi

  I have a class ten card, and its the fastest one I could get. So its not that.

  I have just read elsewhere that the same problem happens on various canon cameras. It is to do with the aperture adjusting when going from light to dark.

  So the answer is to shoot in manual!
