I have recently received footage that was shot at 25fps, 1920×1080, on the Canon 7D under fluorescent lighting, and there is a very strange flicker/strobing that I assume to be caused by a discrepancy with the shutter speed.

The problem is that the colour seems to be shifting from blue to orange and I am very concerned about how this will affect the colour grading process. Does anyone know of a plugin or filter for FCP 7 that could help with this problem, or of anything that I could do to the footage that will lessen this effect?

Try shutter speed on 1/50 sec ? Make sure your white balance has not changed ? -1 or +1 would cause a problem ?
