    Hey guys,
I am trying to convert my footage out of h.264 to a more workable format. I tried using MPEG streamclip into the AVID DNx HD Codec but I can’t play the files once they are converted. Each time I convert to quicktime, I have also tried converting to avi. When I convert to avi the sound works but no video. I am using Adobe premiere to edit with and I shot the footage in 1920×1080 at 24fps.Can anyone help to find a loseless video quality converter?
    Thanks
    Adam R

[Adam Robert] “but I can’t play the files once they are converted”

Premiere doesn’t recognize the files after conversion?
Maybe a stupid question, but do you work with the files on the same computer that you were using for transcoding?

Once installed, DNxHD should be available in every software or player (except for example players like VLC, that bring their own codecs)…

I don’t think it has to do with MPEGStreamclip, but have you tried “5DtoRGB” (https://rarevision.com/5dtorgb/) for transcoding?

I can’t even view them in my computers video player, Windows media player. I looked at the 5D to RGB but I need to batch convert.

That’s weird… Have you tried reinstalling the codec?
