  keyboard shortcuts disabled

  I deleted some time-limited demo plug-ins that I can’t use anymore, then I restarted AE and got this message : “KCHR resource not found. Keyboard shortcuts will be disabled.” I did reinstall AE again but even that would not help. I keep getting same message and now I cant use shortcuts even the “delete” tool. Please help me. Not: it is AE 6.5 pro. Thank you very much.
