  AE to Avid

  Could anyone suggest the best render settings for a AE live action composition for Avid Xpress DV 4.6?

  Yeah quit using avid and get on the Final cut band wagon.. or laking that. there is a app out ther just for this, I can’t remember the name but it has the word Duck in it…
  Avid is a pain in the but because of there insistance on the OMF to opperate inside their Platform. HOwever It is my understanding thet the new liquid line will accept quickitime and other formats which will make it much easier to jump from other applications to avid. . .

  Final cut uses Quicktimes as their primary media source, the OMF over the last several years has been a magor bain on Avid which is why quick time has been slowly moving on what for so long has been avid territory.. ‘

  Oh The application is called “Automatic Duck” I knew if I babbled long enough I would remember..
