    Hi
The effect that im looking for is sort quick camera angle change/blur effect, you can see for example in newest fort minor music video, and it also featured in this years superbowl, it’s kind of similar to bullet time, but the subject doesn’t “stop” in middle, it just sort of changes camera angles quickly. It propably has been discussed here before, but I don’t know the name of the effect, to search for it, or If someone could point me to the right direction.

Use time remapping to speed up the video as the camera moves?

No, it’s not timeremap, it’s more like a guick morph or pan between two camera angles, bit similar to bullet time, but instead of using multiple cameras, I think it could be done with pictures from two different cameras, and extrapolating few frames between them, if you know what I mean. It’s hard to describe.

It’s probably not a one-effect shot. For the morph, I recommend Twixtor. You might also need to pan or stretch (increase the x-scale) each shot to make the effect look good.

    Anybody else?

I think he means what Wayne Isham abused a few years ago in all his videos like “Welcome to Miami”. They are simple morphs between the shots. Just take any edit cut and using the morph tools decide what you want to morph to what. For example if Will Smith is in one part of the frame in one shot then in a simialr but different part in the next shot, connect his eyes to eyes, nose to nose, etc. So it’s a smooth looking morph.

Yes, that sounds more like it, do you have any suggestions for making it happen, I know reshape in AE can do sort of morphing, but it’s sort of limited to one path, is there some better morphing tools?

Yeah, the link Steve gave you. Re:Flex is probably the best morpher for AE.

RE:flex has great control. You choose what to morph. Good tool.
